ALLIANCE FOR HEALTH - A cost reduction opportunity for members
The raising of funds by most non-profit organizations is an ongoing challenge. In recognition of the great work that the Alliance For Health (AFH) is doing for the West Michigan community, Parry, Murphy and Associates (PMA) will share, with AFH, its first year success fees that it receives from any qualified AFH member.
Any qualified AFH member, for whom PMA is able to reduce their costs (as described elsewhere on this website - for a short PowerPoint presentation click here), will only be charged a success fee of 25% by us. The difference between PMA's normal fee of 30% and the reduced fee of 25%, will be payable directly to AFH.
For example, if PMA is able to reduce a qualified AFH member's costs by $100,000 p.a., $5,000 (5% of the saving) will be payable directly to AFH. If PMA is able to save the AFH's member $1 million, the direct payment to the AFH will be $50,000.
In order for an AFH member to be recognized as "Qualified", the AFH member must have incorporated into the written agreement that it enters into with PMA, a clause that one sixth of the cost savings fee is to be paid by the AFH member, directly to the AFH.
