We once placed an advertisement in the Wall Street Journal as we were looking for a Corporate Controller for a client. After about a week we had received over 750 resumes and, quite frankly, we stopped reading them after the first 200.
By the time most good jobs appear in the newspapers, or with head hunters, it is usually too late. You will get caught up and usually lost in the crowd. If you do get an interview, you will be under the microscope. You will be treated like most job applicants - with a tremendous amount of doubt and you will be competing as if you were at a cattle auction.

- you will work with us from day one until after you have started your new job.
- you will not be sending out your resume, applying for advertised jobs.
- you will be meeting with decision makers in a professional setting where you will be controlling the meeting. The object of the exercise is for you to have created such a positive impression that the decision maker either refers you to someone who could use your skills or they create an opening for you within their organization.
- we will help you prepare for your meetings as well as do a debriefing after each meeting.
- we will help you analyze job offers and coach you in the negotiation of employment offers.
- we will remain as your mentor for the first 30 days after you start your new position. There is no time restriction. We will work with you as your mentor for as long as it takes or until you decide to take yourself off the market.
