Mentoring

We will work with you to establish what your goals and objectives are for the individual concerned.  We will then meet with you and the individual concerned (individually or together) to establish a game plan for our mentoring services.  Once we have agreed upon a game plan, we will work very closely with the individual concerned to mentor them to achieve the mutually agreed upon goals and objectives.
