Terms and Conditions.


  1. Webinars will start promptly at the scheduled times.   
  2. If an attendee joins a webinar late, for any reason, they will be asked to leave the webinar and to reschedule another date.  This is done out respect for those already in attendance
  3. Each registrant is permitted to change their date of attendance once (for the same price category as already paid for), free of charge, as long as the request is received no later than 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the webinar.  Any exceptions are subject to a $50 administation fee.
  4. If you will be using your computer for a voice connection during the webinar, please use a headset.  Failure to do so will cause background noise for the other attendees and your participation could be terminated and rescheduled for another date.
  5. All charges are final and no refunds will be made.
  6. If anyone is able to get a minimum of 4 other paying attendees to register, they will be allowed one free attendance.  If this applies to you, please complete the registration form above and insert the names of the other already registered individuals in the "comments" section.  Do not make any payment with your registration.
  7. Each attendee may only purchase a maximum of 1 package of 16 units of negotiation support.  Unused units may not be transferred and are not refundable.
